Welcome to Shree Krishnam Residency. By accessing or using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

Booking & Reservation

• Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, email, or via third-party booking platforms.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment (as mentioned during the booking process).
• The remaining balance (if any) is to be paid at check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) is required for all guests at the time of check-in, as per local laws.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will forfeit the advance payment.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
• Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden.

Hotel Rights

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel bookings for guests who violate these terms.
• Rates, policies, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
• The hotel reserves the right to enter the room for maintenance, cleaning, or in case of emergencies.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
